This heavy-duty wooden tire thumper is used by professional drivers everywhere to check tires for proper air pressure. It is weighted with an internal steel bolt in the contacting end. The handle end has several grooves for added grip and comfort. The included nylon wrist strap will keep the tire thumper from flying out of your hand should you still lose your grip.
This tire thumper is also sanded smooth and stained. The stain is a sealer which helps prevent the tire thumper becoming stained with grease and dirt.
