I just got off of the phone with your customer service rep 'John'

He provided me with EXCELLENT!!!!!! Customer service on a difficult question about a Delphi radio wiring harness. He even went so far as to send me the wiring code for the harness

My wife has worked in customer service for 14 years and I know what these people go through at times.

John did a Marvelous job at focusing on the customers needs. You are indeed fortunate to have him working for you

This is the first website review I have ever written. I can personally attest to all of the great reports I have read regarding your company. I must say that 12Volt-Travel definitely deserves leadership positioning in the RV field. All of my emails were responded to in a very timely and professional manner. My telephone conversations with you were both first class. I received tracking on my order in just under two days and delivery the next. Some other websites I've dealt with charge extra to guarantee your order will ship within 2-3 days. Your company stands head and shoulders above the rest. I will be sure to mention your name amongst the groups and gatherings that I attend.

We've used the same supplier for many years who has nowhere near the selection you have. They often are out of what we need and we have wait for a month or so until our order can be filled. You have never failed in filling our orders and I appreciate that my friends. Your delivery time is fantastic and your customer support unsurpassed.
